Dear Conference Organiser

Are you looking for a location to hold your conferences or training days which is accessible and convenient to the whole of the South West?  We are situated on the main A38, just off of Junction 22 of the M5, local to Bristol & Taunton.
The Hotel is set in its own private grounds with plenty of free parking and has a wonderful idyllic, peaceful setting. 
We have an 8 acre field which can be used for various sporting pursuits.

We offer two packages, our 24 hour delegate package or our day delegate rate.

Our day delegate rate consists of: a private & confidential self contained function room, coffee on arrival with bacon sandwiches (available only if booked in advance), coffee & biscuits mid-morning, hot sit-down lunch with dessert & coffee or a cold / hot buffet lunch, complimentary tea & home-made cakes in the afternoon – can be served on the patio, O.H.P, screen & a flip chart.

(Day delegate rate is charged for a minimum of 10 persons. Under 10 persons rates to be discussed).

Our 24 hour delegate rate includes all of the above plus an evening meal & accommodation of which we have 7 twin bed en-suite bedrooms for the first fourteen delegates & 14 further en-suite rooms which can be used for sole occupation,
includes full English Breakfast.

(24 hour delegate rate applicable with the use of the twin bed rooms with double occupation,
sole occupation rate will vary).

Our self-contained Grange Function room can seat 120 persons in Theatre Style, 70 persons in Classroom style, 50 persons on an Open U shape or Square.  We can do other variations on request. Our Lounge Suite room is also available for those smaller meetings, 10 persons or less.  Both of these rooms offer a warm relaxed atmosphere for those must have meetings.
