We have three wedding packages and the only difference between them except the price is the type of meal served. All packages include the Wedding Breakfast (the first meal after you are married), a drinks selection and much more.

What is included in your Wedding Package?

  • Drinks on arrival, or after your ceremony, to include Martini Cocktail, Sherry, Orange Juice & Lemonade. (Upgrade to Pimms for an extra £1.00 per head or Bucks Fizz for an extra £1.75 per head).

    (Please note if you are having your Wedding Ceremony here with us no refreshments will be served until after the Ceremony).

  • Four Course Meal – Starter, Main Course, Dessert & Coffee.

  • Glass of House Wine with your Starter, a further glass with your Main Course, Sparkling House Wine poured ready for the cutting of the cake and the speeches.
    (Upgrade on Wine & Champagne, per head, is dependent on the selection chosen).

  • Flower Sprays on the tables

  • Ivory Linen tablecloths & napkins

  • Printed Menus

  • The Function room hire charge is included for both the day and the evening in the package price unless you have less than 50 guests. (Room hire charges are then dependent on which room is being hired and the duration it is being hired for).

  • Complimentary Four-poster bedroom for the Bride & Groom on your wedding night if you have over 50 guests for the Wedding Breakfast.

  • With over 80 guests for the Wedding Breakfast receive a complimentary night, bed & breakfast, for the Bride & Groom on your 1st Wedding Anniversary.

Extra Costs

  • Wedding Ceremony, Outside or Inside.

  • Evening Buffet / Pig Roast (buffet menu is sent with the wedding brochure).

  • The room hire rate for evening only receptions, plus food.

  • Disco.

  • A supervised Bouncy Castle  (for children 14 & under).

  • Security Staff (required when over 120 evening guests).

  • Corkage prices if required, per Wine bottle or per Sparkling / Champagne bottle

  • Accommodation – Upgrade to the Honeymoon Suite
    Guest accommodation will be charged at the normal tariff rates.

  • Exclusive use of the Hotel day & evening, or just for the evening.

These prices relate to the year 2008.

We are happy to take a Provisional Booking for a 2 week period to ease confirming ceremony timings with the Church or Registrar.

Bookings are only confirmed with the receipt of your deposit.

A minimum of 80 wedding breakfast guests will be charged for a Saturday booking in the months of May, June, July, August, September & December. A deposit of £600.00 is required for these days.

Weekday weddings throughout the year & Saturdays in January, February, March, April, October & November no minimum number of guests required.
